These points are good, but they don't explain why you got ranked at PR1 in just one day - that is very strange - the only think that I can think of is that Goggle bots were checking your site just at the time the page was posted and it got ranked right away! Tis a strange one though.

well everyone is very eager to do that but there is really no easy or fastest way in doing that you really have to work hard to achieve it. Some are even trying to pay for advertising their sites to do that, but it does not seem to be effective the only effective way is that you work hard to create useful post in your site to catch peoples' interest.

Page Rank does not mean that blog is worthless if they have Pr 0, it's only a sysytem develop by co-founder google Larry Page, that's why it's called "Page Rank" taken from his name, I have a friend his PR 0 but the visitors is 1000 per day and makes 3000K/month, so no corelation, well that's my opinion

so closely but it does not totally mean that when a higher pagerank website would be pointing to your site that automatically means that you get a share of it, sometimes the contents of the site would be checked first before it happens to have the share of rank.

Google has an algorithm to figure out the pagerank of a site. Typically if you have links pointing to your site from higher ranked pages then you have a better chance of getting a pagerank (or a page rank update). You can google "page rank algorithm" and get the details. Its actually a mathematical equation used by Google's servers. Kinda complex but interesting. But in essence you will need either:

1. A lot of backlinks from low ranked sites
OR
2. A few links from highly ranked sites

One easy way to get backlinks is to submit articles to free article directories with your link embedded in the article. Hope this helps. I have been doing some of these stuff religiously and my blog is now PR 4. You can verify at
