Pain of Heart Broken in Love

Physically that's not possible that your heart broken, but when it's broken in love, why do we feel so pain in heart, and it's always hurts you, whether you are asleep. Why, I need your personal suggession..

    You'll get all the bological and medical reasons. How does that matter? You're in that absolute pain, and now you have to carry on, and the pain will surely become duller each day. Hope you manage fine.
