Not a bad plan. But, the tempered, "limited" drilling, under strict environmental controls, bothers me. Sounds like a sorta half-hearted effort is coming up if this kind of plan is adopted. This, when what we need is all-out drilling, and let the world see the marvels of American productivity. This would make our economy envy of the world, as well as make the dollar the primary worldwide unit of exchange again.-
