Paying To Paypal For Small Tasks!!

I'm looking to pay between $.25 cents up to $2 for Non US workers and $2 and up for US & CA workers; payments are made via Paypal! The tasks are very simple; It is a series of 3 tasks I'll be sending all with different pay. The first set I'll send pays $2! After each completed task I send payment, then send the next series.
