People like rock music more or house music more?

What is "house" music? If it means "music I play in my house," well, it varies a great deal. -

I like both. There are times when I feel the need for crunchy electric guitars to free the rage inside. There are times when I just want to dance because I want to feel happy. Both are still music. -
I think that house has a very tiny following
Rock has so many variants.
House doesn't do much for me as a musician, but it's a valid music style. It's not very good for a persons health because of the relationship between the rhythm and the speed of the heart beat, in fact it's actually quite dangerous. Musically, no I can't listen to it but there are other styles that I'm not passionate about. It would only take a couple of hours to record a house type of tune.-
Interesting opinion there. Do tell more about the health issues brought about by speed.

Hey acousticguitarist, nice info dude can you tell us more about the health problems due to speed of music that you are talkin about. I beleive Rock music is great but to dance, I dont think its a nice sound man, and ya you can get a pain in your neck if you will be headbanging for a long, listnin to rock hehehe :-)

Rock Music
House/Trance/Techno are just musical bits sampled and looped ad infinitum.
The talent and passion the artists put into their music.. that is artistry
I prefer Ringo's drum roll over a looped synthesized beat any day -
i love house music..:)
