Personal Blog vs. Business Blog

What are your opinions on personal blogs that include details about your personal life and thoughts? I had a personal blog that turned into a business because of the questions that I kept receiving via "comments" . Now I'm trying to determine whether or not I should just treat it like a business from here on out.

Anyone have a similar experience.

BTW... it was a personal healthy hair care journal turned healthy hair care information and education blog.

    If you are doing it as a personal blog ,then you'd present haunting and melodious incidents ,that attract viewer's attention. You have to be very much honest and hardworking, to get noticed with a PERSONAL blog. As far as changing it to a business blog is quite tough and need to be serious. If you check my blog,you can see my blog's name still is my personal name 'varun.g'. At first i made it as a personal blog then transformed to part of business. But i haven't used any money making ads on my blog. First get some reputation ,then all will come in your way.It may take even/atleast a couple of years.

    I have a personal blog, a memoir of sorts, and it's slow going, but if written well, I do believe it will attract attention. Mine is building up every day. Check it out if you'd like; it's called "Always Musing."
