Pingomatic and Blogger

Does anyone know if Pingomatic works well with Blogger. I know it's integrated into Wordpress, but not sure if the fact that I entered my Blogger blog into pingomatic did anything.

Yes. Pingomatic is one of the best tools you can use with Blogger too.

Ping-O-Matic is a service to update different search engines that your blog has updated.
Does that mean that these search engines would not have updated if you didn't submit a request to be ping'd? NO
Does that mean you will index sooner? PERHAPS - Although, as we all know, it is not a guarantee that your URL will index at all; nor does it mean your submitted URL will improve its SERP rank based on the ping either.
