Please help me choose a Best Beginner Acoustic Guitar

am just a Beginner i never used a Guitar before but now am going to buy one now but i donno which one to buy i mean the brand or company of the guitar which will lost long and plays the best btw i live india so please help me choose a Beginner Acoustic Guitar

Ok. You are in India. Here's what you need to sort.

Price in Rupees? Are you buying in India? If you are importing, you'll need to look at import duties.

What do you want to play, style?

Picking with a plectrum or fingers?

Indian climate is very hard on guitars, where are you in India? The way you care for it will be critical because guitars are made from hard and softwoods and all expand and contract at diffeent rates.

Once this is all established then we can look at what is out there. There are many guitars coming out of China now that are unbelievably good but you've got to know which ones.
When I was in India some years ago, the guitars were not standard acoustic, they looked more like a jazz guitar with F holes in the soundboard.

yeah price is in Rupees just now one of my friend said Hobner is good and its around 5K($150) here, yeah am buying here only in banglore i live in south india its will cold 6 months and hot in 6 months

but am just new to these things but i love to play guitar

  Yes I know Bangalore. In or around, it gets cold in the surrounding areas at certain times and at scorching others. If you're in Bangalore the heat is not as serious as some other places. I used to shop down on MG road around Nilgiris.

  I'll look at a few Indian sites and see what they are offering. If you could let me know brands that are available in Bangalore? There is a brand called HoFner, but often in Asia, people make brands that sound like something else and just change letters.

Ok, but we need to establish some things.

What do you want to play on the guitar, Bollywood pop, western, classical Indian; do you sing?

I'm trying to find out what brands are available there. It's like cars, lots of people make them, and in the same brand their will be a big product range. I will see what I can see on the net from India.

Yes, I'm clear that you are a beginner, but I'd like to see you get the best for your dollar.

I have one guitar made by an local Naga Artist,(studied from USA) It outsmart all common international brand that are under 10K(rupees)> To buy you must come to Nagaland

  It's a running company and they are selling but they don't market it outside right now but you can purchase it. its really nice rs 2000 onwards

hehehe the thing is i love to listen music a lot even now also am listening to music and replying you basically i will use to play it when am free,mean am free anytime i just blog, design, comment, reply, sell and chat so i will play it most time no am not a good singer but i wish i sould be but am sure i will play some tollywood music(mostly classic) and some english(mostly pop)

what say.!?

Here is my few advices:

1) set your guitar budjet.
2) never buy a very cheap/ low quality guitar (such as, bad sound, hight strings height, bad neck touching)

btw, i had acoustic guitar, and it's brand Yamaha F120, and until now still my favorite guitar for playing couple song i'm also change the string from nylon to electric, and the sound more cool

Google Godin's & Co; Delhi. They have branches in several cities and international stars have bought their stuff there. My brother used to buy his guitars there, and very first one was bought there too.
