   I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is a political stunt. Larry Flynt is rather known for them, and I strongly suspect that the purpose here is to point out the ludicrousness of the parade of corporate beggars to Washington.

      CNN covered this story earlier, interviewing Mr. Flynt. He said that he doesn't expect any money from Congress. He just wants to make Congress look as ridiculous as possible.
