Post Title Vs Content

Which do you think is best for SEO; Post Title or Content.
I've been keeping my Post titles specific and loading the post with related content as I use a swf file for the Video Jukebox and .swf doesn't play well with google.

I was under the impression that google doesn't index content within the flash file?

I believe that's true. You'll probably have to rely on titles, keywords, alt tags and any captions or summary blurbs you might incorporate?
