Hey guys - I just created this blog directory and for a limited time I am allowing free directory posts to Blog Catalog members. This is a great opportunity for both of us. You get your blog listed for free and I get some content on my directory before I go public!

Remember, your listing must be a blog. No porn, hate sites, boobs or wieners. I will do my best to get your listing approved asap.

Take advantage of this while you can because it will be a paid service within the next week or so or as soon as I launch my full-out advertising blitz!

Same problem. I would have to have something like "personal" or "mixed topics" to fit in. Or weddings or fashion for the 2nd blog I'm working on, that would not fit in either.

  Evidently not. No offense, but the only difference I see between your blog directory & the dozens already in existence is that yours has a lot of bugs to work out. Good luck, anyway.

That is exactly why I sought the help of my fellow BC members, L. To give them the opportunity to post for free and to give me the opportunity to work out the kinks. BlogMango.com is still in "beta testing" if you will.

I just submitted my blog. I think I've got it in the right category. It says it's being reviewed by an editor for inclusion in the directory.

Excuse me but the Google page rank for your site is ZERO.
The Google page ranks for my blogs are 5 and 4.
Alexa - Your site has Blogmango[dot]com has a traffic rank of: 8,2103207,13868.
You also get far fewer daily visitors to your site than I get to either of my blogs.
My blogs do have backlinks but your site does not.
What this means is that you stand to benefit if I register and that I don't.

  Best wishes to you for building a successful directory. My preference is to join directories that are already well established and have page ranks that are higher than those of my own blogs and that attract far more traffic than my blogs do. I simply explained to you why I didn't wish to register in your new directory at this time.

Hi Jen, don't take the critics to heart.

All websites start at the beginning with zero everything, so don't feel bad if owners of established websites knock yours. My husband has 2 very popular websites that he wont even give me a link too....that bugger!! his pr 6 is too good for my blogs he claims ..... I'm not making him dinner tonight thanks for reminding me what a turd he can be.
