    1. timethief
      @dosox
IMO that's a pretty good score. Thanks for diving in and taking the test.
    2. dosox
Welcome looks like i am at the top
    3. timethief
      Well, no. I got 85%.
      And I'm peeved that I didn't get 100% ...lol
    4. dosox
Well I can still place myself in the 2nd
    5. timethief
True and IMHO that's a pretty good score for a person who is relatively new to blogging.
  2. Anok
I didn't even have to take the test - I simply clicked on the link and got a big FAIL sign, to be followed by an EPIC FAIL after I take the test, I'm sure
    1. melindaville
Wow, Anok--you know, that makes me feel so much better about my own lack of problogger knowledge. I guess because I consider you somewhat of a blogging Goddess!
    2. timethief
      Oh well ...
    3. Anok
I realized I didn't know nuthin simply by the fact that my eyes glazed over at the questions

I did take it, and got a measly 35%
    4. timethief
Yay! You took the test. That's cool. In this case we even get a record of what the correct answers are.
  3. melindaville
Forget it, TT--I am simply guessing here. I tried answering a few questions and realized, I am happily an amateur.
  4. samureyed
45%.. thought id do better. However I have to disagree with the last answer that IE 6.0 is the most popular browser. It is definitely IE 7.0 IMO
    1. timethief
Did you notice the note I included above about the date of the test in the OP? I'll bet you missed it. At the time IE6 was the most popular browser. This is despite the fact that it's a dog that drives all web designers crazy. Here are the current browser stats www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp
    2. samureyed
I totally missed the note! thanks anyways I was a little confused and figured it must have been an older quiz.

On a side note, I despise IE6 like everyone else! hooray!
Check out this link to Hugs for Monsters (very creative blog) for IE6 hilarity, WARNING explicit language!!

    3. timethief
      I figured you missed it.
  5. MadMadMargo
After yesterday's dismal results, I just can't put myself through another test. Oh, the humiliation of it all.
    1. timethief
Ahhh come on ... I have no one to play with.
Sheesh ... where all those make money experts who think they have what it takes to be a pro? Come out, come out wherever you are.
  6. fruitcake
Um, yeah. I'm not even going to attempt this one. Is that english?
    1. timethief
Yes, it's English. I think it's a dialect called "geek speak".
  7. FatX
Whoa! I have a lot to learn.
    1. timethief
      We all do ..
    1. timethief
Oh well ... you can always try again later.
  8. RecycleCindy
Not to completely embarrass myself, I will just say that I did not score well. I truly am not a knowledgeable pro blogger.
    1. timethief
I don't think most bloggers would score well on this quiz so don't feel bad.
  9. codesucker
Don't worry guys I didn't score well either
    1. dosox
LOL codesucker.. thought you'll do well
      What code do ya sucks
    2. timethief
      @codesucker
      lol ... I'm surprised you didn't do well. ;-)
  10. dgnitzky
If you are capable and willing you can do better.
    1. timethief
I agree that we can learn new things from each other every day.
  11. Arcticulates
hmmmm. I got a 40% which totally shocked me! I guess I am learning quite a bit with all my bumbling around. Course I guessed at some... okay... most! Just goes to show me that I am a good guesser too! lol
    1. dosox
Yea I'm a good guesser too.
    2. timethief
That was a great score for guesswork. Good on you!
  12. Kastina
    That's fun.
    1. timethief
      I'm glad you liked it.
    1. timethief
Hey that's not bad for us don't want to be pros, right?
  13. JoseSinclair
yikes: 35%! and I was an interface designer, sw and db engineer for 25 yrs.. guess I'm kinda new to blogging, never used Wordpress either, there went one question.. now the bigger ?, is knowing all this that important? I don't think using any side of adsense ad makes much difference..
Fun stuff, even tho I now feel like Homer when he sold computers!
"I just turned it on, now where's my money?"
    ... Jose, aka Jman
    1. timethief
Woah! I would have thought that you'd do better than that but there's always a next time.
  14. legbamel
I go 50%, but I cheated and read the thread first so I knew the correct answer to the last question. I would have picked IE7. There actually were three or four that I knew (rather than guessed). The Wordpress question was a cheap shot, though. The www-orld does not revolve aroud WP!
  15. SheGo
45% - I had to guess every single answer
  16. PetLvr
45% although, I was also answering what i think SHOULD be the correct answer - even though I knew outright it could never be the correct answer. But, that would have brought me up to 50% or 55% ... I just didn't know a lot of those answers
