I registered my website reboltutorial.com on DZone.com Social Network and after submitting only two links, it says I cannot submit more as long as people didn't vote for the ones I submitted

The problem is I promote Rebol Programming Language which is very underated compared to PHP or Ruby whereas it has amazing features and so easy to learn even for non-programmers. So there is little chance people vote for it except people can promote the ones I already posted:
