Well, I know of some who seem to do only that and nothing else. I know that Guy Kawasaki posted about having a Virtual Assistant to help do the admin side of his business so he could concentrate on blogging. And there seems to be a number of others whose entire focus is on blogging.

Yeah, until I got hired by Wallhogs as their Professional Blogger, I really did not know such a title existed, much less that it was called so. Shoot, just as long as it helps with the mortgage, you can call it whatever you want to call it.

I think problogging is much like being a profesional writer, i think if you can spend 8 hours a day writing (i don't spend that much time, but say it's like a "normal 9-5 job), doesn't matter if it's on a blog or a book, it's still writing, of course you could do both blogging and writing a book

I think Problogging is a profession. I mean there are people out there that make enough money to live from it. It's a difficult carrier path though and I don't advice anyone to quit their current job and decide all out of a sudden to become a pro blogger. It takes a lot of time to build up the traffic and revenue needed to become one.

I'm still a chemical engineer, I blog on my own hours, and whenever I can get a few minutes rest from the office. Other than that, I really don't feel it's a job, it's like being a kid online. You get to write and talk a lot, what could be better.

But problogging takes time and effort. If you aren't up to the task and you don't have passion for what you write about, then it can be "hellish"...

So do a little introspection first..

Well today is my third day as a professional blogger and I made $.87.. woo hoo!!! I am moving on up.
Seriously though, I would like blogging to help me get through school... is that possible and do these adsense things really work?
