So, most of us have probably either carved the typical jack-o-lantern or seen one.

but what about REALLY carving the pumpkin this year?

Check out the skillz on this artist:

I'm gonna try it this year ... I'm sure I'll fail miserably, but I'm gonna have fun trying!!

Just be careful. For some reason picturing you with all those shiny, sharp untensils scares me.

I'm picturing pumpkins carved to all look like Fisher Price Little People.

My nephews are always disappointed with my rubbish attempts, even when i use the stencils.

Halloween is my favorite holiday. Not only will I be carving a pumpkin, but I'll be dressing up as my favorite literary hero Hunter S. Thompson.

I don't think my pumpkin will be quite up to this caliber though.

I've seen a lot of big squash in Germany in the late 1990s, which I hadn't seen before. I've even seen pumpkins. I'll bet there is that kind of thing in Belgium these days too. You just have to find the right outdoor market. Problem is, the stuff is usually priced as food, i.e., expensive, as opposed to a cheap entertainment product that you can afford to waste.

My biggest achievement is managing to get the eyes round and leave a few teeth in the mouth. The nose is a triangle.

I've reached those very same heights here in my carving ability.

Now, Ender, you've got me wondering whether it wouldn't be possible to assemble a Fisher Price Little People person out of a tall cylindrical pumpkin topped by a round one...

YIKES, I need to get a life!
