Put awesome forms to your post. really handy Widget

I was trying to put forms on my blog and had a really crappy one but I just found one site that does it all for you and places great forms on your blog
The site is www.jotform.com and this is no spam. If anyone put this before well I did not notice it but I really think this is a cool widget.
You can see the form in action in one of my pages of my blog. inglesperu.blogspot.com which is my contact page for my blog
It is in Spanish though.

It looks pretty nice. I've got a WP plugin for my content form and I'm fairly satisfied with it, but if you don't have WP this seems like a solid choice.-
Yeah, I am very satisfied with it because users do not notice you are using another web service company per say.

I know eaves. It gives your blog a really pro look. Great to get in contact with your viewers and set up is superb. Very easy to use.
