   I do think that if you are writting from a personal perspective it makes the site more persoanl. From a business perspective I don't feel it's really needed. Either way the content should be setting the tone and making the connection with visitors.

   Well for me at least when i visit a blog with a pic of the author i know who's behind all the texts ...it does make u wanna read the contents ... usually spam sites dont have any author info for obvious reasons

   GFG, you are right! I am in the process of gathering photos of my writing staff to post on a separate "Meet the Decorating Team" page. I think my website needs a more professional personal approach.

    Believe it or not guys ..after putting up a pic i find that visitors tend to hang around and browse around more ...by 40% compared to before!!!
