Question for Wordpress Experts

Ok, I already have an account with Host Gator. Got one site with HG that I've pretty much abandoned. I have the HG "Baby" account.
My Plan: Have several "Wordpress Niche Sites" using this template a Wordpress template I found at DoshDosh "Prosense"..http://www.doshdosh.com/prosense-adsense-ready-seo-theme/
I want to have separate domain name for each site...not subdomain because there would be no correlation.
I assume each domain would have it's own root folder?
Where I'm confused, well let's say one area I'm confused on is this...I have already downloaded the Prosense template.
What are the steps in putting this together?
1. Buy Domain name thru HG for 1st wordpress niche site.
2. Go to Cpanel...Install Prosense Wordpress template using Fantastico?
How do I tie or associate my domain name to the uploaded template?
Do I have to upload a new Prosense template for each niche site?
Thats enough for now, my head hurts!
I hope someone can make sense of my confusion!

Sorry, I don't know the exact process for HG as I've only used Bluehost before. But call them and get someone on the phone to help you out if you can.
It may be best to launch one of these sites at a time and space out the launches every few months. It's also easy to make a dollar or two off of AdSense each month per site, but very hard to get several sites at once to start giving you hundreds of dollars a month off AdSense alone.
What niches are your sites in?
