I finally have found a way for the average person to loose inches around their waist without changing their diet or exercise.

Most people who have tried this have lost on average 5 pounds the first week, and up to 30 pounds in a month.

The title to my new post is - Quick and easy weight loss!

Let me know if you have tried this or known of any other way to loose weight that is similar?

I just keep active. If you live in a place where you can do stuff outside everyday then do it, everyday. If you live in a place where the weather sucks most of the year then do in-door exercises, everyday. The point is that you need to be active everyday. Dont sit around 3 days of the week and then walk around for two hours and expect to sustain or loss weight. Also you need to eat properly. Your body needs the right nutrients in order to keep active bacteria colonies that allow you to properly digest foods and not hold on to wastes.
I have always been what people describe as being really skinny. I am 6ft and 150lbs and this is the most I have ever weighed, I am a 26 year old male. My metabolism is fast, but that is because my body is adapted to the life I live. Everyone's body is adapted to the life they live. The way to change your body is to change your life. It takes a while but if you make your life more physically demanding, you body will adapt to help you live that way.

But my post is for the people who need to loose weight, especially belly fat.

It sounds too good to be true - although I'm not dismissing the positive properties both honey and cinnamon have.

But also, unless you are very overweight, losing 5 pounds in a week is unhealthy weight loss because it is too rapid. (With very few exceptions).

I would probably drink it for the health benefits, but I wouldn't recommend that for weight loss, because I never recommend "rapid" weight loss - slow, steady weight loss is maintainable, less likely to bounce back (wrecking your metabolism), and easy to monitor and stick to. It decreases the chances of yo-yo dieting, or losing too much weight too quickly which can have negative health effects.

If a person is seriously having trouble losing weight, and has followed a proper diet and reasonable exercise program, it's time to consult a doctor, and find out why. It could be hormones, thyroid problems, or a complication with medicines.

Usually i would agree with you on the amount of weight lost in a week, but due to this is not about actually loosing weight in the conventional sense and about removing the waste that is just sitting in your body.

When people cant loose weight no matter what they do its because their internal organs are to clogged up by their poor eating habits.

This creates that puffy belly that just won’t go away.

This is why most people will see inches lost around their belly first.

Once your digestive system has been cleaned out your body then can take full advantage of eating a proper diet.

I have a surefire weight loss program: take in less calories than you burn.

    Works every time.
