   What I would change - 10 suggestions
   
   1) remove the top 728x90 ad above your header
   2) resize your header image to at least 50% height 3.bp.blogspot.com/_GIH0rsZbf94/SnJxOzdj5xI/AAAAAAAAAIE/Ra_wLXC-wGk/S1600-R/...
   3) remove that live activity feed widget and replace with some info about yourself and the blog - and, where it says TEchNO Author change that to TEkNO to be consistent with blog name
   4) Center sidebar - move Blog Sponsors above Tag cloud above Sponsors and remove that link referral
   5) I would never use that onlywire bookmark and share and would suggest you find something else to share by your readers - and, remove the tweet/facebook off the sidebar to the individual posts
   6) Add some RSS and subscribe/follow (twitter) above the search in the sidebar
   7) I really like the recent posts section - I would even increase it from 10 to 15 entries - but, I would cut down the number of posts on your front page to 3.
   8)You've got feedcounts and other stuff in your sidebar already, I would move all the directory stuff at the bottom in some order and keep them both all together in the sidebar. I think the 3 sections at the bottom grey footer is enough for a footer.
   9) Just checking to see if you're counting.
   10) the font and tagline really look out of whack. It looks like this template did not allow any tagline to be viewed, and you found a place in your header sectino and just added it anyway. You need better font/css for that - or, convert name of blog and tagline into an image.
