Uhmm... got dizzy scrolling back to I was reading.. i think it's auto refreshing... is it supposed to do that?

  Only the homepage is auto-refreshing. I don't know why?
  It all happened after I installed one of the 301 redirection plugins.
  
  Nothing else is helping me!
  
  The problem is that I am on a IIS server! and I have managed to setup pretty permalinks on my blog! :O And I needed to set up 301 redirection for all my blog posts so that I don't lose my SE ranks and SE traffic. Moreover, many people have linked to the previous posts but I want to redirect all of them to the new URLs.
  
  So I am using Scott Yang's redirection plugin.
  
  If anyone knows how to set things right on my homepage.. Do message me, please?!

  Yes, (only) the homepage keeps refreshing!
  That might be because of the permalinks redirection plugin that I am using.
  (Scott Yang's permalink redirection plugin!)
  
  I don't know how to mend it... And I really need some help... if anyone can, please!!
