Ok heres how it works - I give you the ingredients, you make up the recipe - and try and make it your own.

Protien: 500 grams of diced gavy/stewing beef (about 1Lb roughly)

Starch: 1 x cup of rice

Vege: 1x corn on the cob, 1 x bok choy cabbage, 1 x zuccini/courgette

In the pantry: your choice of spices/seasoning/herbs/butter/olive oil.
