Did you get hurt by the real estate bubble?
Do you fully understand what happened with the prices of real estate and why nobody did anything to get it under control?

What is your take on the run up in real estate prices and now the deflation of those prices?

look for Bali property and have a feel then you know for real what is bubbling in property business, it's closer to disgusting buddy!

Old Al Blinder, 2nd in command (past tense) at the Fed, knew his stuff on a great many things. But, he always seemed to trip over himself with his overconfidence that the Fed had ample tools to manage a banking-fed bubble.
I neve believed this, and I think the current sub-prime crisis is bearing this out.
