Getting approved by Blogburst really drives up your exposure and traffic.

You have to apply to get approved, and meet certain criteria. If that happens, you will start to see some of your posts syndicated on major media sites. They post your material but also use your byline as a link back to your blog, so you'll see the referral hits coming from those sites. I have been picked up on Reuters about 10 times and the Chicago Sun-Times twice.

I've got 8 sites on BlogBurst now, including PetLvr and get picked up all the time by Reuters, Chicago Sun Times, Computer Shopper, IBS, Livestrong, etc etc.
I was going to make a press page to summarize, but there are just too many picked up!
Most of them get picked up the next day ..
e.g. www.livestrong.com/bbnews/?bbPostId=Cz2RI8NAbiEhKCzAYWnWsBkdf8BFDEbibmahqQC...
e.g. www.reuters.com/article/blogBurst/health?bbPostId=Cz7igNijtISLkB4B8T3T12VKC...
Although, in the past 7 days they have picked up articles from back in June .. it's pretty weird.
I like to think it is giving us and our network exposure, but I don't see any hits in my statistics from Reuters that proves this gets traffic back to our sites.
