Roger Clemens, Guilty or Innocent?

I coulc personally care less if he did or didn't. I doubt he did, but who knows.

Sounds to me like he's guilty. I gave up on baseball a long time ago though. I was raised on baseball as a kid, but I don't even watch anymore.

It's not like any other sports are "cleaner", it's just that baseball has turned into a non-stop Yankees/Red Sox "who can spend $100 million more than the other guy to ensure a championship" style race.

Spoken like a true sour Orioles fan, huh?

Clemens if really innocent, should be taking out a law suit on Mitchell.

What does piss me off is what Pettite did.
The day before the release of the report he ran and signed a contract.
With his bible in one hand a 16 million check in the other. Phony bastard
same with Clemens last years, what he get 16 million to pitch like crap, he should have be using then.

Why sue Mitchell? He's simply getting information from potential witnesses under oath. The one he should sue is the one he claims lied, which would be McNamee, and he already has filed a suit against him.

If he is truly innocent then he should take them to the mat, and bring to light the method of the whole investigation. If he isn't then F'em.
