On both Wordpress.com and self hosted Wordpress blogs, the feed can simply be found by suffixing /feed to the blog url:
- example.wordpress.com/feed
- example.com/feed

Every wordpress blog comes equipped with a Meta widget. If you place it in your sidebar temporarily you will see your feeds for Entries and Comments. This is and example of the convention. Note the [/feed] Example: [onecoolsite.wordpress.com/feed/]
Here's a step by step walk through of how to set up em,ail updates for your readers through feedburner www.blogcatalog.com/discuss/entry/ok-ive-figured-this-out-finally#comment_4... -

You have a few other options available:
www.visitmaniac.com/blog/?feed=rss
www.visitmaniac.com/blog/?feed=rss2
www.visitmaniac.com/blog/?feed=atom

(1) -> Dashboard -> Design -> Widgets
Put the Meta widget in your sidebar and "click save changes".
(2) Go to the front of your blog and find the "Entries RSS" in the Meta Widget and click it.
(3) Copy the url that appears in your browser bar.
(4) Take the Meta widget out of the sidebar because you now have the answer to your question.
TIP: BTW most bloggers do like having the Meta widget in their sidebar. I do like having it there and this is why. If and when you cannot login normally you can login through the Meta widget. This has saved my butt several times in the past 2 years.
