      Thanks for pointing that out, yes we are due to our professions and both of us working from home from time-to-time we have some very specific specifications.

      room for home offices? I work from home but need a workshop not an office.

      Know the feeling, I need a study and hubby needs a studio with a separate entrance from the house for clients. We did find the perfect place but then later learned that the building plans for the alterations they did was not approved yet.

      do you know if they will be approved? you might have to invest after buying if you find an ideal house but need to modify it for the netrance.

      We will know in 4-6 weeks if it was approved. Finding the perfect house is difficult. Sometimes I think it's better to build than to buy, but then if you build your perfect house if you want to sell it one day it could be difficult as potential buyers may not have the same requirements you had when you build it.

      I think that's a danger with any house you build or modify. But, a lot more people are working from home these days and I think that makes a home with a side entrance easier to resell.
