      It's in the works. There is legislation in multiple states to lower the drinking age to 18 to curb excessive alcohol abuse. Though, for some people, it doesn't make a difference how soon they start drinking, they still get smashed to the point of vomiting because all their dudes are doing the same.
      
      Believe me, 14 year olds drink like here too, only they do it drinking horrid wine coolers in their parents basements.
