Seriously - I love Ohio - we breed such filth.

A nasty man in Cleveland, about an hour North of me, has been arrested - originally, it was under accusations of rape...until they started finding all the dead bodies in his house and yard. For years the factory next door had been blamed for the foul orders - turns out it was decomposing women who have been raped and killed. Lovely. Police even checked in on him from time to time due to his parole regulations - and they never noticed the odor of rotting flesh???

I love that somewhere the comedians who harp on the fact that there are no black serial killers have lost quite a bit of "fine" material.

  LMAO yes, they should gleen plenty of material from our local crazy-ass serial killer. Add in our cop from a couple years ago who killed his knocked up girlfriend/son's mama and we're developing into quite a community! Pass the ammo please!

Sounds similar to the California Duggard case. Sex offender released from prison, kidnapped a 12 yr old 14 years ago, fathered two kids with her, and now police is trying to piece together how this guy managed to get away for so long since his parole officer visited his home frequently to check on him and never saw the girl in a makeshift tent in his backyard.

Un-frakking-believable! The police is the same every where isn't it?
They won't show up for an alleged-rape accusation or for break-ins but if someone complains that you have a bright light outside your house that can disturb drivers, they show up first thing in the morning and 1 officer is not enough you get 2, to make you remove it (true story).

  If you arrive on scene and suspect an environmental hazard, send in an officer. If he doesn't come back, don't go in.

  it really does make you wonder - i'm friendly with several of our (inner) city police officers and they've said that basically, due to an incident of racism/lawsuit/shooting a few years ago, they don't hardly respond to calls unless it's "shots fired" just to keep their asses covered. but man - if you smell rotting flesh, come on???
