I think that's more of a side effect than an injury.

I think if we can class rug burns then lockjaw is a valid addition to the list. It hurts and it was sustained in action.

I once caused someone to have to go get stitches over their eye. I won't give too much detail but there was an elbow involved

rug burn, scratches, bruises, umm.... some things bending in unnatural ways that resulted in a major ouch for both of us. Sprained ankle, concussion, oh lord that was an off month-
Tore a blood vessel in scrotum which caused me to ejaculate blood. -

I've had my leg hair pulled out (instant mojo killer!), burns caused by not enough lubrication and friction against hair(If you are a guy, and you've ever had this, you will have known the pits of hell!), leg cramps, thats about it. -
Taken to the ER to get my cervix RMIed. -
wow... all I've had is rug-burn... and another time, a scabby sore spot on the side of my leg from broken trim on my cars passenger door

In Thailand, it is quite easy to get sex related injuries.
An injury that will make you unable to have sex for the rest of your life...
Not because your are having sex with your wife/girlfriend.

bug bites in not nice places. Parked down a road and did not know there was a swamp near by and it was full of mosquitos -

Rug burn once...got a really bad DB (drunk bruise), got some hair pulled out (just a little), the ever-popular excessive hickey, pulled my lower back a few times and of course bumped the sht out of my head against the wall. -
