Suggestion: Offer a bit of a summary here. Make me want to go there. Promising to "open my mind" isn't enough.

Like, groovy, man!
Wow.
Seriously, it's an interesting exercise in perception.
And, pay attention to what stoneman wrote. Maybe it's my age, but someone promising that something will "open your mind" reminds me of the song "Age of Aquarius," professor Timothy Leary, and people seeking enlightenment in smoking banana peel.
That's not what you were referring to, of course. -
See, here's why we need forum categories and moderation.
Given the rules currently, shameless blog promotion is shameless blog promotion, however you choose to dress it.-
I'm not sure I agree. In fact, I'd say that this is more an example of less-than-ideally-titled posts.
Are any references/links to one's own posts considered "shameless plugs?" I'd have to review, truthfully.
Richgrad has an interesting psych-class-type video and discussion here, with a somewhat less than ideal post title. -
If the original question involves a link to your own blog, it belongs in "Shameless Blog Promotion," even if your intentions are "honorable". Come on. If you blog about it and want to talk about it here, you are promoting your blog. There's nothing wrong with it. But people need to use the right categories. And stop smoking banana peels. (Seriously, does anyone younger than us even use such an expression?)
