Do you feel that the constitution should be changed to incorporate the latest changes in America? If so, why?

The Constitution has never been revised. It was last amended in 1992. But no, I definitely do not think it should be changed to incorporate "the latest changes" in America--the Constitution was never intended to deal with specifics, but to create a framework for how government would work and how the federal government interacted with the states.

The document was an agreement between the Patriots and the American Counterrevolution. Of course it could use to be perfected in accordance to the First Principles of Government

    No changes.

Even stricter adherence to its principals.

The problem is that the constitution has slowly lost a lot of it's meaning and it's limits on Federal Government power is largly being ignored so I would say if anything, we need to fight to make sure that it is adhered to.

They may able to add more to the constitution but to change it might be difficult because mostly of the people value what is written in the constitution. And it wasn't amend without majority votes so the government will really protect their constitution.

No, we should just enforce the one we have, which means less federal government and more state government.

Well it depends on what those changes are. If it is to help reinforce things like civil rights, separation of church and state, then yes. However if it is mundane things like that go against civil rights (i.e. the patriot act) then hell no.
