      Alright, so I found your solution. It's a 3rd party javascript code generated by Feed2JS. I made a temp widget on one of my blogs to test it out and it works perfectly. Just visit the website, enter your rss feed, and fill out the other elements, generate your code, add an html/javascript widget on blogger and just copy the generated javascript. It will look exactly like what you have now, but you can specify the number of feed items. If you have any problems I can help you work it out.
