I think I've officially lost my faith in humanity when the Snuggie, the over-glorified wearable blanket hosts its own fashion show during Fashion Week?!!!!! Are you serious?!

And it only works for the mini dogs...you won't see a Siberian Husky in a purse. -

I think so. You know lovely light colors, green, yellow. Everything to suit the fur of the dog. You gotta stay up to date these days. Colors change, seasons change ^_^ -

I clicked the link to see what a snuggie is. Guess what? I own a snuggie and I'm not surrendering it to the fashion runway.
I wear it at night when I'm camping, and need to crawl out of my sleeping bag to make a nature call.

I'm boycotting the Snuggie line. They're anti-cat. They make dog snuggies but not cat snuggies that's feline discrimination!!!-
and I turn on the tv to a snuggie commercial. That camel snuggie is calling my name.

Heck make your own snuggie slanket and add large pockets. Mine has two big pockets, one on either side. They are big enough to accommodate a cat, or a chihuahua, or a bog roll.

Actually I'm surprised about the camel line of snuggie slankets being introduced first.
Llamas are more popular exotic pets than camels, aren't they?
So camels and dogs in slankets are in and cats and llamas in pajamas are out - Discrimination! -
now a snugglie for a camel I might buy. course then I'd need to buy a camel and the neighbors might complain.

i have to admit - it's been fun with all of the reactions and i honestly have to admit - using a snuggie while camping is a great idea *blush* but to go so far as to have a fashion show is still beyond my comprehension!!

This thread is a hoot.
I'm going to find the perfect fabric to make my man a macho-snuggie slanket. It will mean his bits will be far more visible and accessible than they are in pajama bottoms, while watching the tube in the evenings. And, I will enjoy being flashed when he reaches for the remote ... -

Heck maybe what we need is official BlogCatalog snuggies with the BC logo emblazoned over the heart. Then we can all visualize each other keyboarding simultaneously in matching sexy black slankets with silver logos and red blanket stitched hemming.
