   Well a long discussion post shows that somebodys heart is overflowing, he/she is indoctrinated, wants to sell something etc. etc.
   The length of a discussion post might be a valuable indicator.

   Good idea kiwipulse, perhaps add a drop down box to view X comments in a thread at a time, so you can choose 10, 25, 50, 100 etc

   Can we have the comments in reverse order, with the latest comment on the top? At least with the posts we've already participated, you wouldn't need to look backwards. And this can be made optional too.

   I tend to ignore them because I can't find the new responses! Especially if it's in reply to someone mid-thread. That confuses me!
