someone has stole my template with all my content and tracking tags thats how i knew you can see it here hellohello100.blogspot.com/ i am going to report that site to blogger team shortly

Why because he was the last person to visit twice and he was tracked by my tracking script ho not to mention my adsense code is also in the template -
Why would they copy it and keep every link the same including the google ads-
because i want to resell his blog to poor africans.

I would this was a joke if I didn't see it myself. Yeah it seems like an exact copy. If you bookmark that other site, the bookmark goes under your blog address.
How hard is it for people to write their own content? I never took any classes in school on writing and I have 12 blogs now.
If someone copys what you have, the rankings go down for the person that copied your stuff anyway. I don't see any point in doing it. The site will be shut down soon enough. What's the purpose?

I would contact him, contact blogger, rename the images to something else add a number on or something and do the same with your template so it works for you.

Try disabling the right click feature of your blog. I mean, when he is in your blog, he can't right-click his mouse or select the contents. That way, he can't copy your contents.
Try visiting my blog and you will see that you cannot copy my contents. Or you cannot even right click your mouse.

It isn't hard finding someone today. I noticed most people either join this site that have a blog or they use mybloglog. They at least make it easy for you to catch them.

I can't believe the cheek of some folks. As if 1) he wouldn't be found out, 2) you wouldn't do anything about it, and 3) other people wouldn't see him as a total cretin. Good luck getting it taken care of, but try not to stress too much. We know you're the creator and he's the impostor. -
Jaimz what we really need are law changes. When I first got the internet, when someone got an account hacked into or website people all laughed.
Now hacking can get you jail time. Enough people got tired of the problem and laws were changed.
So what you really need now online for copyright theft is law changes. I wonder if possible jail time would make people think twice about stealing your content.
Until people take it serious, these people will keep doing it. Just like they did with the hacking in the 90s. If you have no punishment for a crime, what is going to stop people from doing it? -
Some people have balls, I had a free template of ours posted that hot linked to everything also. So, I changed a few things around and when the owner went to their new $3000 website they found lots of porn shots. A high class jewelry store was now a porn site and they flipped out. All I could really do
was bitch and moan in the long run, but I did expose the so called web designer to them and had them change everything.
Maybe contact the site owner if you can, he may not know this was a copy and paste website and may have paid for it.
Also contact google about the them robbing your adsense code, sure it could benefit you for a bit, but they may also cancel your account. -
Actually with the adsense now having an allowed sites feature, if you use that feature and don't list all of the allowed sites, you won't earn money from sites that steal your content anyway.
Neither will they if they don't use your their own code. Why did he leave y our code? Makes no sense. -

That is really bad, it's like stealing right in front of your nose, and if you don't discuss that here at BC and some bloggers visited he's blog might not know which one is the original author and it's unfair to your end with all your effort and time. -

Actually it looks like something is going on with his adsense. On blogger if you use the simple adsense addition on the template page it will show with a google_ad_host id where if you use your own javascript created through your adsense account it does not.
On jamiz it doesnt show the google_ad_host id which leads me to presume jamiz is using his own javascript created through his adsense account where this person has the google_ad_host id on his javascipt although the ad_client id is the same on both :S
This is the only difference I can find

and you can report them. I have done this for you just in case you have an issue raising it, I hope you dont mind. -

I am one of the few who doesn't even know how to download music. I buy all my music at Amazon on CD's. My music blogs have links to the CD's on Amazon to buy that I recommend.

cd's are too small, micro print, designed for minute creatures, but i buy them anyway
most young people download music and say 'everyone does it'
but that's what happens when you make a it in a format that is cloneable and transportable
i guess the important thing is that it is good music, and you buy it when you can. A lot of people download stuff they'll never listen to, because when you do the additions, ther are not enough hours in a year, in the end it only takes up bandwidth and you end up with useless stuff takiung up your digital storage. But i understand the finance issue...but go without food if need be, just make sure you've got good music.

First I don't think I have a problem. Statistics are clear. I have grown up in the states and have been 4 years in the University and 90% of my friends downloaded music. Of course I am not saying all do but most of teenagers and young adults do. And I went to OHIO!!!-

I've lived in the states for 41 years, only 2 of my friends download music, and anecdotal evidence isn't statistics. Yes, the owner of www.plagiarismtoday.com is right Send him a (DMCA) Digital Millinium Copyright Act notice and send one to the host company. You can google the DMCA form for instructions.
I am hit often by other sites and proxy servers. Two times just this week one in China and one in Austrailia.
If they don't respond to the DMCA and you own your own domain
(other then blogspot) you can block the site through your .htaccess on your server using the website ip address. You can get the website address by using Firefox and the Firefox plugin "Show ip"
Good luck...It's a shame we have to go through this, I know I have better things to do.

Maybe they think they are not bound by the laws here. The IP addresses are logged on every site you go on. So Blogger has the IP of that persons site everytime they log on.

One of the reasons why I was afraid to join these sites when I first started blogging. I know from being online sine 1996 the types of people in this world.
The thought of interacting with them and making friends is enough to scare anyone. -
Whenever you save something to reference later for your personal use, it's not a clone published for the world to see on a blog page.. you even took his pubID from adsense. I have copied templates, but they were free to use all I needed to do was give a link back to the person who designed it.
Never once had a problem with that.
Why not just bookmark the pages you visit instead of copying every module on a blog? -
Indeed. I can't imagine anyone actually buying the guy had intended to use Jamiz's work solely for his own purposes. He got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and just wasn't forthright enough to admit it, but then if he were forthright, he wouldn't have committed the theft in the first place.

Jamiz, I don't support what the guy did at all and understand that you'd be angry. I'm happily married with kids but the comment about gays wasn't really that nice, there are lots of very nice people around that don't have the same sexual preference as you or me but they are very valued members of the communities we live in. And no doubt at some point in your life you will have some friends that will be gay, both male and female, and when it happens accepting them as they are will be an incredible breakthrough for you as a human being. The non acceptance of cultural and sexual differences is a major part of why we have so many problems in the world.

I would try and find out if he has done this to anyone else, and if he has, alert them to what is going on.
If a number of people complain to Blogger, they will take it down and ban him sooner rather than later.
I had the same thing happen to me a while back, and this was the action that I took, thanks to the suggestion of a friend. It worked! -
It is so easy to write your own blog content though. I don't know why people do stuff like this.
I seen blogs where people just talk about their cat. If you can't think of any post, just go buy a cat and write about it.

I could never maintain 16 blogs with unique content. Probably he has more blogs. I believe this person is a member of Blog catalogue too. He has been copying/pasting some of my blog posts. -
Maintaining a number of blogs with unique content is possible, but it is a lot of hard work.
Copying and pasting is a means that some use to avoid the hard work, and in the process steal content from other bloggers.
If you make a record of which posts have been copied, when you wrote them, and about when they were copied, you can report this to Blogger.com.
It's a painful process, as it has to be via fax or snail mail, (after the initial email report that you send in - the link is on their page).
My next step would be to find out if he has done this to anyone else (he probably has, you just have to find them) and get them to do the same thing.
This speeds up the process...

I have 10 blogs I think at last count. They are not all updated all the time though.
You just make a blog on every subject that you know about. I read some have 100 blogs.

I am always going after a plagiarizer and so far I have succeeded. Now, when Blogger is the host, nothing happens. Blogger has a page where you can report a spam blog: help.blogger.com/?page=troubleshooter.cs&problem=&contact_type=Spam&Submit=...
The “Flag?” button notifies Blogger staff about potentially questionable content too.
This isn´t the first time I am plagiarized.
It is so easy to find out. The easiest way to do this is to copy and paste a unique line from the blog into Google.
