There seem to be lots of BC'ers who are good cooks. Can anyone direct me to a really yummy recipe for spaghetti sauce?
Thanks for any help!

I cut up a clove of garlic, fry it a couple minutes in a bit of oil (without burning it), mix up some fresh tomatoes with en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tomate_Frito , heat, and sprinkle with "herbes de provence". I could add some fresh basil too I guess. I love my pasta that way.

Ground beef,bell pepper,onion,minced garlic,and mushrooms...cook and drain together
Put it back in pot and add: can of Tom paste, small can tomato sauce(really half a can),and a big can of whole tomatos(or some u already put up for the winter)
Salt, pepper, onion powder, orageno, little bit of Mrs. dash,paprika...oh and my secret about a tsp or so of chili powder....and any other kind of seasonings u like.
Let it simmer...then yummy to your tummy.
Ps I usually make a lot and freeze half for lasagna the next week... -
