Taking Risk And Stupid Sayings Part 1

Know any stupid sayings?
Any you care to share?
Do you take risk?
When was the last time you took a risk and was it worth it?
People who say stupid crap like...."I'm not afraid to die, when my time is up, it's up".
These are the same people who multiply their chances of dead by doing some dangerous shit like swimming with sharks, jumping out of airplanes, bungee jumping and etc.
I hear they love the adrenaline rush.
I mean yeah I like to take risk if I can see that I am getting something out of it but I don't take risk just for the sake of taking risk.
Why die before you have to?

I guess thats a matter of belief. When its your time, its your time. Another words when your time here is up, when you have accomplished whatever it is you were supposed to accomplish in this life. You will then pass. So I guess the idea is that you can do all the "stupid" adrenaline junky stunts you want and if its not your time , your not going to die. A twisted version of fate or destiny I guess.
Jumping out a 10 floor building is suicide. Jumping out a plane with parachute is fun. Driving a sports car at extremely high speeds is a rush. My point being is some people get off on adrenaline, and they believe nothing will happen to them until they have accomplished whatever it is they are supposed to accomplish in this life. In the meantime ya may as well have some fun.-
Though I don't entirely disagree with you, what comes to mind is someone who is so selfish and all about them that they get behind the wheel of a car after many drinks and cause a major accident causing someone/s death.
A unforseen death? No because most of these a-holes already know that drinking and driving is not a risk they should take yet they do. They don't just kill the other person or persons but that person that they kill can also be a bread winner for the family. Remove the bread winner and that family suffers and starves because some a-hole was selfish enough to take a risk, risking not only their lives but lives of others in the process.
There's risk and yet there's risk.

That's not necessarily true. I know a lot of people that never really accomplished anything
but cause trouble in the lives of others. I strongly doubt that the higher powers put them here on this plane to do that and then took them out after they completed that negative task of causing mayhem. -

Gosh I use to watch his shows and say, he is taking a great risk and one day I don't know. -
I remember my an elderly relative saying things like:
"My stomach's as full as a poisoned pups."
"I'm bleeding like a stuck pig."
"If that had been a snake, it would have bitten me."
"Killing two birds with one stone."
And other visually unkind sayings. They originated from the southern states I do believe. -
