Suggest a Good Niche Topic for my New Blog

Last Week I registered a good looking domain name.
Can you please suggest a good niche for my new blog?
- The niche need a high search volume
- A profitable niche - Higher adsense CPC
- A topic which has not much good alternative
I am expecting a good one. Please help me.

      Don't care about the domain name (it is a personal name)

      The domain name plays a major role in the selection of a niche.

    Cooked sausage in a bun with cooked onions and mustard. I haven't seen a blog dedicated to the topic, although, I think I would be interested in one.
