Cheeses are symbols of national, regional and local pride. Which cheese is the tastiest cheese in the world. For me it has to be Stilton.

I don't eat cheese...but I quite like Sheese...except the smoked cream sheese...that stuff is horrible and sticks to the roof of your mouth...-

I love all kinds of cheese, depending on what you are using it for. I love a soft, creamy brie on toast squares, blue cheese crumbled in steak salad, and Italian cheesee all melty on sandwiches and pizza!-

Oude Leidse - a delightful old cheese with seeds in it, which gives it a wonderful perfumy flavor that nicely contrasts with the sharp taste of the cheese. Oude Leidse means Old cheese from Leiden (a city in the Netherlands). You can wake me up for some Oude Leidse...-
I've gotta give it a try Dutch cheeses are great...I love Edamer too, and the town is lovely
