But this structure is the Big daddy of them all , yes this structure is THE BIGGEST LEGO STRUCTURE EVER !

Here is how it looks :

I still cant believe how the Lego guys and gals made it . Its on auction for £200 so you better go and hurry before this gets out of your hands and yes the original Taj Mahal, in northern India, was built in the 17th century in memory of an emperor's wife. It took 22 years and 20,000 workers. How many would have made this ?

Thanks for the beautiful post. I wanted to comment then I remembered I have to switch to IE --- ha! I have to meet you there again.

I went to India decades back (sounds old) bought a miniature marble lamp of the Taj! Broke the lamp on transit back. The beauty of Taj Mahal is still embedded in my head after all these years.

I stayed in Taj Mahal all day! I do not know if it is the same condition now, the real resting place is in the basement. But people seemed to regard it as a shrine.

I was speechless then and even in awe now!

There's one more wonder which has the same effect on me. It is seeing millions and millions of stars in the sky at night - not in India - but in Australia.

You are very lucky to have a historial site still being preserved, loved and respected.

Sorry for such a later replly , was busy studying

Wow , awesome ..the whole day ?! Yeah actually you know the story behind the Taj mahal dont u ? Actually Taj Mahal was the epic centre for downfall Of India . Shah jahan made this for his wife , her wife he died he was imprisoned by his son and then his son was fooled by britishers who rules india for hundreds of year

Still Its a part of history and people take it as a shrine , you know right ? that thefingers of the architect and workers wer cut apart so that not another one similar could be made !!

Cool , you mean opera house ??
