In addition to deleting their backlinks, I'd block them in my .htaccess file, report them to Google for violating Adsense TOS, and use whoishostingthis.com to find their uplink and send a DMCA complaint.

Or, you could just mark their track/ping back as spam. If you are using one (or a couple [hint hint]) of the many WP antispam plugins their IP/email/domain will get added to your blacklist and while they will continue to post your feed you'll never link out to them again.
A DMCA won't do anything. They aren't violating copyright in any legal sense at all. Those are Technorati feeds they are displaying, they are displaying only a small excerpt and linking the title directly back to the OP.
With an alexa 241k they aren't shaking the world, but a click is a click is a click, and a click that is interested in exactly what you have to say is a real nice click.
As aggregators go, and that's what this site is, lazy though they may be, they are actually pretty responsible and are not going to hurt you.-
I wouldn't worry about the link juice too much. Google knows what a blog looks like and blogs, the real ones, link freely.
Understand that Google LOVES links. They are built on links. Without links they have nothing. So link freely, get all the links you can get (publish on other sites, link from aggregators, social bookmarks, article directories, forums, whatever), try to write some "link bait" pieces. Basically, an exceptional post. A flagship post. This is something that you are really proud of, and you want to ad a special link from your home page to this post to let anyone new know where it is.
Something that other people read and THEY want to link to it.
Just do one, and promote it a little. If it doesn't catch do another one. You might do ten of them before one hits, but when it does hit, it's worth it.
Comb through your archives and see if there is one already hiding in there. Look at your traffic logs and take the top 10 or so, then look at the top ten commented posts...
Think about if there is a way you could rewrite those posts and make them even more liked. Let people know there is new info in them with a post that just says, hey I updated this post, and a link to it. Add it to you "best of" section.
Encourage other people to link to it. Outright ask them to! just say, "hey I want to get this post out to as many people as I can, could you link back to it for me?" right in the post it self, and then give them easy copy and paste link and html code to do so!
