    I'm pretty sure this news is so old that National Rail used it in an advert at least 4 years ago...

      One would have thought they used it in putting together their timetables.

      actually they made rather counter-productive use of this revelation...the advert said people were attacking rail-staff and they jumbled up the letters like in the OP and then at the end said "Doesn't make sense, does it?" ...except that if you could read the advert it obviously did make sense...and if you couldn't read the advert it told you nothing!
