No, it is not your credit rating or your work history. It is the fact that you may have inappropriate affiliations, associations, etc. Then again, it could be the car that you drive. Did you know that it is a no no for your car to be the ultimate driving machine in comparison to the potential employer?
Did you know that your good looks can be a curse on the job? especially if you look better than most including the one interviewing.
Oh and if you even had applied for government assistance of any kind, it will be found out and your job offer could be rescinded or you may not even get an interview to begin with. Just google yourself and see what you find in comparison to the potential employer.
Ever experienced any of this? Awaiting your thoughts, comment, etc

I've never been successful in getting hired. That's why I'm a freelancer now. I've come to a point where I don't think I'll ever work for anyone else again. I'm not sure of the reasons why I didn't get hired, I suspect in most cases they needed someone with more experience.

Do you have any evidence of any of this, or is it more just paranoid ramblings?

I beg to differ about the credit rating...I think credit rating poses a problem of getting hired. If you have a bad credit rating employers think you're not trust-worthy!

    What do you think?
