Biometrics? I've been in this industry even before it was born. We tested our first matching algorithm with the fingerprint and palm images scanned with table scanner. There were no fingerprint sensors then. We have invented many biometric products. And finally I have to admit that biometrics is not always a good solution. Sometimes it gives a false sense of security. Faking biometric system is easier than hacking a password. So, please, less excitement, more testing. -
Thanks pathologist for your views. yeah, its not always a good solution but biometrics does have a very good future in my opinion.
