Every f'ing thread.... Same group of people.
It needs to stop. If you guys have issues take it up with each other off the main message board. Stop ruining every thread you go into with bickering.
You all need to let it go or ignore each other. All this crap is making this site suck. Everyone involved is to blame. EVERYONE.

No reason to go through the entire story. Some people don't get along with other people and it has gotten to the point where it is appearing in thread after thread.
I think I speak for a large percentage of the people here saying we are sick of hearing about it. Sick of getting pulled into it... just killing what was once a fun community.

Oh, I didn't know the mushy peas went ON the fish-- what's that about?! I had mushy peas when I was in London but they were nicely sequestered on the side. -

I had an amazing steak and Guinness pudding in London, but no one put mushy peas and gravy on my chips.

Fisn n' chips with mushy peas would be the bestest thing ever if it wasn't for the full English breakfast. I do so love bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms, hash browns, beans, toast, fried bread and tomatoes. Oh and black pudding. Lots of black pudding. Yum.

I remember posting a similar thread last year when everyone was so obsessed with religion. That died down after a while and then it was election season. God, that was a nightmare.

Hell no! That's just a silly rumor. Don't forget that there are almost 200,000 members of BC. The ones we see posting to the forum, myself included, constitute a minority of BC members. Not to worry the forum is NOT the BC community - it's like a little fishbowl - nothing more - nothing less.
There's lots of fun happening in the blog centered community. Lots monitor the forum and watch without diving in. Members are meeting members, reading their blog posts and posting comments. They are becoming guest authors on each others blogs. They are chatting on various IM services, they are sending personal emails back and forth, and building lots of good will and friendships. -
Actually I converse privately with a great deal of members on BC. In shoutboxes, IM's, e mail and some even on the phone.

I also converse with a lot of BC folk via other means and have probably met up with the most in actual real life, surprisingly they didn't live under bridges or in mental homes

I have a great deal of "real life" friendships that have grown from BC... Not just the pseudo-cyber type
What I said was the BC Forum and site proper is the community - that is all..

hell, I've missed a lot --- the bickering and the fun exchange on whether there's bickering or not or whether bickering makes the site more fun BY people most of whom I thought were involved in most of the bickering here. This is truly fun. I'd love to see some raise the samurai in a heated discussion about bickering. -
