Hi gang,
After reading my latest editorial, what do you guys think of the media already speculating who within the GOP will try for the White House in 2012?

Whomever in the GOP is considering it, is already hard at work. Expect to see potentials release books, do more TV interviews as expert guests, strive for more public time in any way.
Huckabee with his TV show and Palin with her book fits the bill so far.
More interesting to me is if there will be a semi-viable third party candidate. Conditions are ripe for a Perot replacement. -
Your site will be better if you set it to left align. I have to drag the windows bar to the right to see the whole screen of your site.

I'm familiar with the floating design, but I went with the absolute positioning. I just found it a bit easier for me design wise.
I'm just surprised that you had a problem with it, because no one ever mentioned it to me before. I've asked and they all said that it comes up fine.
I'll check out once I get the chance though.

Well then I guess it's too early to announce my candidacy (is that how u spell that?)
Hahaha...made ya think for a minute,didn't I -
I know....maybe I should run,haha
I don't think palin is gonna make it thru this time...too much contreversy
I wish Ron Paul would get the nom,but I don't see it happenin either -
You are right about the Republicans not having anyone strong enough to compete at the moment. Obama seems to have the country confused, but he also has them hanging on to his every word about hope. I wouldn't mind him for a second term. I'm sure as the time approaches a Bush's name will be thrown into the ring, that is one thing I do not want for my country ever again.
BTW
Ditto about Weblogian comment about alignment. Half my screen was background and had to scroll right. -
No problem, I checked on firefox, flock and IE 8 btw all the same.
They all read coding different, it's been driving me crazy 8 years now. I still have a netscape browser which is best to test and IE seems to be falling way back as well.-
Son of a, that's one think I didn't think of. I use Sitemeter and it didn't dawn on me to check out your browser.
You're right, IE stinks and I truly hate creating a different CSS file for it.
I'm a Firefox man myself but it's good to know that you still have Netscape. I preferred that to IE when it was still out.
But what's flock? I've never heard of them before.

Palin is a joke. We need a strong, convincing candidate to counteract the bullshit state Obama has drawn America into. We need a guy who's managed to keep his pants zipped up, has a solid military career, can demonstrate some solid leadership and strength and can carry the election.

TO.
It's a free browser
flock.com/
I also use Safari
www.apple.com/safari/
It's good to have the options to check with
If you open your css (style sheet), all you'd have to change is the absolute to left or center, not the whole style sheet.
here's a good resource
www.yourhtmlsource.com/stylesheets/ -
I use a PC Safari works for both, no I am not that lucky, I had to use a Dell credit last computer. Maybe next time it will be a Mac.
BTW Yes it looks a lot better.
a little scroll but that is browser size now -
Well to get this thread bak on trk... I so wish I was a man...I could run the country, but seeing as how I'm not...there has to be some man counter part to me that really did care about the welfare of his countrymen...and women, someone who is BRUTALLY honest, and tell it like it is...
-
Thanks for getting us back on track, Holly.
The problem with your male counterpart is that he could never tell women the brutal honest because he would quickly be attacked as a sexist.
It's a shame, because a woman who is as sincere and wants to tell it like it is to the female population can do it but a man who is the same way can't.
No, I think we need you Holly!

For Republicans…I’d nominate the two Joes.
Joe the Plumber and Joe “You Lie” Wilson, president and vice president or in reverse. I’d suggest, for the first time in American history, have a rotating presidency. One year Plumber Joe, the next year Lie Wilson. I challenge ANY Republican to TOP THAT!
