My website Gen Digi just posted an article on why Heath Ledger should win an Oscar. I was also wondering what you all thought about this subject. I think he definitely deserves it based on his role as the Joker, not because he died and left his mark as a legend.

that's correct. I saw Robert Downey Jr frowning when Heath Ledger's name was called. No offense meant, maybe it was just my impression.
