Not necessarily in this order:

1 - Japanese - I love it: its fresh and healthy!

2 - Italian - Everyone associates Italian cuisine to pasta and pizza, but I enjoy the meat: Parmeggiana, Piazolla, Milanese...

3 - Lebanese - An assortment of spicy dishes.

4 - Greek - The traditional "Mezes" are amazing! In Greece you don't order one dish per person, you order many and share.

5 - Portuguese - Portugal is a country with a very rich gastronomic culture.

  I like to make it at home. My son loves to noodles and I like the spring rolls and such. It is easy to make at home and I can leave out the msg and all that other stuff

I just came back from Okinawa and I simply can not resist to say that from the Japanese cuisines the Okinawian is ichiban (number one)
