   CA, it really wasn't a 'witch hunt', and people weren't really suggesting people until you said that you had reported the thread. No one else seemed to find it offensive but you, so it's not surprising that you look suspicious to SV.

      You can't assume that ca was the only one who reported it. He's just the only one who openly stated that he was offended and reported it. I doubt that one person reporting something once is enough for the BC admins to pull an entire thread. "Witch hunt" is a bit provocative though. I think Claire described it a little better as a "fishing expedition." What I find peculiar is the desire to have admin's reasoning be open and transparent. I think that would be a disaster and lead to only more arguments and controversy. BC members do have a right to privacy when they report, if they are offended. And the admins should not have to explain themselves when they agree.
      
      Oh, and the cookies look delicious.

       Siuil - 2 tbsp of vegitabl oil makes a fine egg substitute for cookie and other cake-ish recipes.
       
       (2 tbsp = 1 egg). That's what I use, anyway. Works great.
